Why one team
When the designer and the builder work for different companies, the homeowner ends up in the middle. Drawings that cannot be built for the budget, a builder pricing someone else's plan, and nobody who owns the outcome.
We keep it in one room. Designers price as they draw, builders check the drawings before you see them, and the project lead on site was at the table during design.
