Sound familiar
What people tell us at the first visit
- A tub nobody uses where a walk-in shower should be
- Grout that never looks clean and a fan that does nothing
- No storage, so every surface is covered
- Tile from three different decades
What is included
The scope we design and build
- Layout, fixtures and storage, drawn and priced
- Waterproofing membrane under every wet surface
- Tile setting: floors, walls, niches and curbs
- Vanity, lighting and ventilation that vents outside
- Heated floor on request
- Permits drawn up and filed by us
Price
What moves the number
You get a fixed price in writing at the end of the design phase, before demolition. These are the choices that move it most:
- Moving the toilet or the drain, or keeping them
- Curbless shower or a standard curb
- Tile size and pattern (small tile takes longer)
- Custom vanity or a finished piece
Questions
Asked often
How long does a bathroom take?
Your schedule is written before demolition. Tile and waterproofing set the pace, and we do not rush either.
Can you make a bathroom work for us as we get older?
Yes. Blocking for grab bars, a curbless shower and a wider door are easy to design in now and hard to add later.
